Emma Cook - Human ResourcesEmma is a Senior Human Resources Advisor with more than fifteen years of experience providing HR services to a range of private entities in Western Australia. Emma is responsible for Astron’s recruitment, employee relations, employee services, HR policy, standards and guidelines, leadership and learning, remuneration and benefits management, job classifications, EEO and diversity management. Prior to joining Astron, Emma worked in Human Resources for serveral mining and construction related businesses. Emma studied at the University of Notre Dame in Western Australia where she completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and Marketing.

Julie Bauer - AdministrationJulie is the Team Leader of Astron's Administration team and has over 20 years experience in the area of administration with 10 years in office management. Julie has extensive experience in the areas of financial administration in particular payroll and invoicing and all taxation requirements including superannuation. Julie is responsible for the management of the Astron's offices and the day to day running of it's financial and payroll systems. Before joining Astron in 2009 Julie was responsible for the accounts and payroll for various local mining companies. |
